Fly into Labuan Bajo Komodo Airport (LBJ) from Jakarta or Bali. Flights take 1–2.5 hours.

Yes, taking a ferry is a more adventurous and scenic option. There are long-distance ferries from Makassar, Lombok, and Sape to Labuan Bajo.

How the Service Works

When you arrive at the International Departure Terminal drop-off zone, please proceed up the second ramp zone C,D,E (there are two). Our staff will be waiting at the bottom of the second ramp with a sign displaying your name.

Once you meet our team, hand over your passport and airline ticket. You’ll be escorted to the Business Class check-in counter. After that, you’ll proceed through immigration and customs lines via a fast track line no waiting.

Your assistant will meet you again after immigration and guide you to your departure gate or Vip lounge (Please note lounge is NOT INCLUDED in this price walk in rates apply to all lounges starting from (Rp680,000 per person). The service ends once you are settled in the lounge or departure gate.

Driver Coordination

Do I need to use your transportation service?

No, you can use your own driver. However, we recommend using our private airport transfer for a smoother experience. If using your own driver, please have them call our team when approaching the terminal to coordinate your arrival.

How do I book the service?

You can book directly on our website by selecting your flight date, number of passengers, and any add-ons (e.g. hotel transfer, police escort). Upload your selfie photo and flight ticket as part of the booking form. Payment is accepted via Credit Card, PayPal, WISE, or Bank Transfer.

When should I book the service?
